To ensure your loan signing goes well, preparation will be key. Here are a few tips to prepare, along with what you can expect from us. 

HOW YOU CAN PREPARE:

Confirm all documents that need to be signed are in the loan package 

Provide the loan package at least 48 hours in advance of the signing 

Provide clear written instructions 

Provide up to date contact information 

HOW WE PREPARE: 

Confirm the meeting point, meeting time, ID requirements, and check requirements (if applicable) with the signer

Prep the documents for the signing 

Ensure printed documents are formatted properly 

Ensure contact information for

parties is up to date 

Review scan back and shipping instructions
